Job Purpose
National Roofing is searching for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing manager plays a critical leadership role in aligning the organization’s marketing strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency. This position oversees the development, implementation, and management of marketing initiatives, including advertising campaigns and promotional activities, to enhance the organization’s market presence and profitability. Pay starting at $60,000.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Directs and implements the organization’s advertising and promotional activities.
- Develop a social media strategy using all relevant platforms to reach our target audience
- Create valuable and appealing content that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build brand awareness and positioning
- Develop strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Organize conferences, trade shows, and major events
- Recognize deficiencies in existing marketing campaigns and develop practical solutions within the budget
- Maintains knowledge on emerging products and services.
- Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
- Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department’s operating budget.
- Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
- Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of roofing services
- Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing manager position
- Bachelor’s in business administration, Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Experience in SEO and localization strategies
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to change
- Proficiency in online marketing, including social media, podcasts, and content marketing
- Expertise in creating comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth
- Able to effectively communicate with team members and clients, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to evaluate marketing trends, assess market opportunities, and make strategic decisions
- Skilled in presenting data, insights, and campaign results to key stakeholders, including the executive team
- Must be able to pass a pre-hire criminal background check & drug screening.
